the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is FANTASTIC, close to transport, walkable to most sights, a great neighborhood with lots to do. I liked being able to stream on the tv. it was a good price for amenities and location.

i paid a lot expecting a nicer room. it was super tiny and there was no hairdryer in the room? i would have expected to have at least that. i thought it was not good value

The location was very convenient, with access to local attractions. The lobby and coffee shop had a fine design. The bed was comfortable, and the staff gave a welcome feeling. Parking was also very convenient across the street.

The walls were very thin. I heard my neighbors when they slid the bathroom door. It was very loud.

The Queen Room had ample space. The room design was modern and functional. I found the bed comfortable, but the walls were thin. I heard hallway noise easily.

The hotel is near many restaurants. Public transportation is easily accessible. A CVS and Target were also a block away. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around in, especially during the day.

The front desk staff was courteous. They helped identify nearby stores. They offered directions to public transportation. I appreciated their assistance. They were helpful, and the service was good.

The hotel features two on-site restaurants. The tequila bar was amazing. A coffee shop is located in the lobby. Many bars and restaurants are also nearby. I visited many options there.
